but don’t be dissapointed coz churches of dalaguete, argao and sibonga are the only three left churches in the philippines with wood fresco, and that we should be proud of, d ba? i’ve visited na the three churches, all are nyc…..

cute ang fresco sa sibonga but mas chada sa argao….. try ug sulod didto.. besides fully furnished sad didto, mas preserved and fresco sa ceiling, and nindut ang sorrounding…..

We have a Fort here named after the our Lady of the Pilar, also because the people of Zamboanga City look up to are Lady as our Guardian and Protector in Her own motherly way, of all the miracles and prayers grant by our Lady, the devotion of our people cannot be unrooted for more than 400 years. so whenever you go to any shrines or churches deticated to our Lady, you can always find a Zamboangeño, as I said 400 years of devotion. Mapamaganda man o hindi ang simbahan ang mahalaga sa lahat ay ang ating buong pusong pananampalataya.

ever since I was a child pour family is a devotee of the Nuestra Señora la Virgen del Pilar, here in my city we also have a shrine dedicated to our lady, I am just happy to know that if I am in Cebu I will never be far from my home. I am just telling this because I am just expressing my faith. muchas gracias

Yes, I know for a fact because I’m his niece and i was there in 1976 and visited my uncle who is now Msgr. Ullamot. I saw the paintings on the church ceiling and his room in the convent. Ask the students that graduated in 1977 from your Catholic High School. They know him very well. Thank you.
